Board changes at Redstone plc

Redstone plc is pleased to announce that with immediate effect, Mr Alan Coppin is appointed to the Board as non-executive Chairman. Alan is replacing Andrew Stafford-Deitsch who is stepping down after nearly 5 years in that position. Andrew will remain on the Board as a non-executive director to effect an orderly handover to Alan.

Alan Coppin, aged 56, is currently the Chairman of Danoptra Holdings Limited, a non-executive director of Capital & Regional plc and a director of Timeless Management Limited and Timeless Group Limited. He has held a number of Board positions over the last 10 years including that of Chief Executive of Wembley plc, Chief Executive of the Historic Royal Palaces, and a non-executive director of Carillion plc, Metroline plc and Expocentric plc. Alan recently stepped down as the Honorary Chairman of the Prince's Foundation to take up the Chairmanship of Redstone.

The Board also announces that with immediate effect the resignations of Ashvin Pathak as a non-executive director and Christopher Roberts as alternate non- executive director for Oliver Vaughan.

He brings with him a wealth of experience from his roles as CEO and Chairman of publicly quoted companies which will benefit Redstone in the next phase of its development. I also thank Andrew for his stewardship over the last 5 years and am pleased that he will be remaining with the Board as a non-executive director during the handover period."

In accordance with the AIM Rules, the Company can confirm that there are no other matters to be disclosed under Rule 17.
