May 16, 2006 - Hewlett Packard Ireland Ltd and Redstone Technology Ltd, a
subsidiary of Redstone plc, have signed a three year contract covering the
transfer of an element of HP's break-fix maintenance activity to Redstone.

The transfer became effective from the 1st May 2006 and has a minimum
contract term of three years which will generate significant recurring
revenues for Redstone.

Redstone Technology will be providing support for HP's customers within the
Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland as well as providing ad hoc
installation services.

Martin Balaam, Redstone plc's CEO comments: "This is a significant contract
for Redstone. It demonstrates Redstone's services excellence when a leading
world manufacturer has the confidence to outsource some of its customer
support services to you. I am delighted."

Declan Van Esbeck, Redstone Technology MD stated: "This contract is as an

services in Ireland. I look forward to working closely with the HP Ireland
team and welcome aboard the transferring staff to Redstone Technology."
